Customers can begin searching from the home page, reports are separated into precise industry categories, and the overall graphics, images and colours are pleasing to the eye. Looking for a product, ordering it and having it delivered has become an even more efficient process.
When remodelling the site, Research and Markets spent a lot of time listening to the opinions of customers, analysing statistics from its previous website, working with its Customer Service Team as well as its IT Team, and gaining feedback on both the wireframe and the graphical elements of the new site.
But why go to such effort to make the customer experience more satisfying? “We want to offer our clients the biggest breadth of research possible,” says Glover. “We want them to have as much choice as possible. If they come to our website and they’re looking for research on a given industry, in a particular market, we’ll be able to offer them multiple options so that they can effortlessly compare and contrast and make a decision as to which one suits their needs best.”
Furthermore, the architecture of the new website means that adjustments can be made to it more easily, so Research and Markets can now continually test and refine its sites and services.
