Brill is proud to announce that three Brill publications have made Choice magazine's 2016 list of Outstanding Academic Titles. Selected by Choice review editors, the awarded titles are representative of Brill's rich publishing program.
Out of over 7,000 reviews in Choice during the previous calendar year, only 10% are selected as "Outstanding Academic Titles" and published in the Choice January issue each year. The awarded titles represent the extraordinary scientific and scholarly quality in their respective discipline. For more information about their selection criteria, please visit the Choice website.
This year, besides winning an "Outstanding Academic Titles" award, Brill's Encyclopaedia of Islam Online, third edition, was also chosen as the Top Internet Resource of 2016.
Choice is an important resource for reviews of academic books, electronic media, and online resources of interest to those in higher education. Choice is a publication of Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL), a division of the American Library Association (ALA).
