Brill, the international scholarly publisher, is proud to announce that from 2012 it will be the publisher of the Journal of World Investment & Trade.  Founded in 2000 by Werner Publishing (Geneva) the journal has established itself as one the leading journals in the field of international investment law and dispute settlement.  Brill will publish the journal from January 2012 under its international law imprint Martinus Nijhoff Publishers.  As a new service to its subscribers, the journal will offer online access both to current content and all the backvolumes.  Dr. Jacques Werner will continue in his role as the managing editor of the journal, thus assuring a smooth transition as well as continuity in the editorial policy and quality.
