François Libmann

Graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in 1971, François Libmann then took a training course in Innovation and IT at Dartmouth College in the United States.

As a specialist in the innovation and technology transfer, François Libmann founded FLA Consultants in 1977, then its sister company Bases Publications in 1985.

He deals with technology, patent watch, information research enquiries (scientific and technical data and information, patents, identification of experts) as well as study and consulting services relating to databases (audit and recommendations, comparison of different servers, development of sophisticated strategies, etc.).

Author of the "Methods to innovate and diversify" (Les Editions d'Organisation, 1980, 1982), he wrote numerous articles in France and the United States, particularly in Bases, Les Echos, Le Monde, Le Marché de l’Innovation (ANVAR), le MOCI, Le Nouvel Observateur, Veille Magazine, Online Magazine, etc.
