e-book readers - latest sales trends

According to researchers at iSuppl, worldwide sales of e-book readers will fall from 23.2 million in 2011 to 14.9 million by the end of 2012.

The challenge to dedicated e-readers is coming from multi-purpose tablet devices. 

However, Amazon (which is selling its e-readers at cost price) has just had its single biggest day of sales for Kindles.
