UK: OA agreement between Jisc and Springer

The Springer Compact agreement combines OA publishing and subscription access in one annual fee.  The pilot will run until the end of 2018.

The agreement will make it easier for UK researchers to publish open access and ensure that articles comply with the OA policies of major research funders.  It will also mean significantly reduced OA publishing costs for institutions.
