Twitter Polls, which had previously only been available to some users, are to be made available to everyone. The feature allows users to create a ‘two-choice’ poll within the ‘compose a tweet’ window. Each poll will remain open for 24 hours.
Poll results will not show exactly who voted – or how they voted. Poll participants will also be able to view the results of polls.
