Twitter continues to grow

Twitter’s latest quarterly figures show the social network has added another 16 million active users (those who use Twitter at least once a month) – representing a 24% increase.

Revenues are also up from $250 million last quarter to $312 million.

Twitter is also reported to have acquired 'deep-learning' start-up Madbits, although no official announcement has been made as yet.
