Switzerland: tablet and smartphone usage

Latest research shows that 3.6 million Swiss are now using smartphones.  This figure accounts for just under 50% of the entire population.  The figure increases dramatically to 83% of those under 30. 

Tablet usage is also on the rise, with the figures showing that tablet usage has doubled in a year to 1.7 million people (from 14% to 27%).  The iPad has 70% of the Swiss tablet market.
