Springer, the STM publisher, continues to expand its open access (OA) programme by announcing the launch of an OA book publishing programme at the International Book Fair in Beijing.
SpringerOpen Books offers a fully OA option for books, meaning that e-versions of these works will be made open and accessible on publication.
Copyright will remain with the authors or editors while the books will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC) license.
