Springer Nature has already established content sharing partnerships with over 100 media sites including the BBC, Wired and The New York Times. New media partners will be identified as the publisher seeks to share its research articles with the wider research community and the general public.
Authors of research articles published in Nature will be among the first to receive sharable links to their peer-reviewed research papers. The links can be posted anywhere, including social websites and collaborative networks. The initiative will then be rolled out to all Springer Nature owned primary research journals.
