Scottish councils 'tweetathon'

Almost all of Scotland's 32 local authorities will take part in a 24-hour tweeting event aimed at raising awareness of the services they provide.

The event, scheduled for 27th September, has been organised by the National Communications Advisory Group and will use the hashtag #whatwedo.
