SAGE Publishing acquires OA journals portfolio Libertas Academica

SAGE Publishing has announced the acquisition of the OA journal portfolio of Libertas Academica.


Libertas Academica specialises in clinical medicine, biological sciences and chemistry and publishes a total of 83 publications covering topics including cardiology, genetics and biochemistry.

Key titles include:

  • Biochemistry Insights
  • Genomics Insights
  • Palliative Care: Research and Insights
  • Virology: Research and Treatment

Libertas Academica was founded in 2004.
