Retailer WH Smith enters UK e-reader market

WH Smith has collaborated with Kobo to develop new e-reading devices for the market - one of which will be the UK's first 'widely available' wi-fi touchscreen e-reading device.

The e-readers are scheduled to hit the market before the end of October and will have access to more than 2 million titles.

The news comes in the same week that Kobo announced a partnership with French retailer Fnac.
