Publishers for Development 2016 meetings announced

Two events will explore how to build and maintain strong relationships between researchers in developing countries, publishers and other stakeholders.

Publishers for Development (PfD) is a joint initiative of The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and INASP (the registered charity that works to support affordable access to research in developing countries).

In 2016, Publishers for Development (PfD) is hosting two meetings focusing on how to build and maintain strong relationships between publishers, consortia and researchers in developing countries. Registration has now opened for both meetings.

The meeting held in Oxford on 28th June will focus on large, multi-disciplinary publishers and those that interact with them.  The meeting taking place in London on 13th September will focus on subject specialist and society publishers and their stakeholders.

Registration for both events is now open.
