ProQuest has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Ex Libris group, and the assets of the two businesses are now being integrated. Kurt Sanford, ProQuest’s CEO said that the bringing together of the two teams will “accelerate innovation of new services to address libraries’ most pressing challenges.”
ProQuest has formed a new business unit — Ex Libris, a ProQuest Company – which will be led by Matti Shem-Tov, supported by a team comprised of both Ex Libris management and ProQuest Workflow Solutions management.
