Peer review pilot announced

Publons is a company that is working with reviewers, publishers, universities and funding agencies to make peer review processes more efficient and effective. It collects peer review information and produces comprehensive reviewer profiles.  It has now partnered with the publisher Sage to carry out a pilot programme to assess reviewer services with a view to improving the peer review process.

It has also been announced that Publons is partnering with the American Society for Microbiology on another pilot project.
