Norway: Apple iCloud complaint

Norway’s consumer watchdog has argued that Apple’s iCloud terms and conditions are unclear and diverge from Norwegian law.

The watchdog’s major issue is that Apple are not required to contact consumers when changes are made to terms and conditions.
