Netherlands: new digital platform launched

Delpher is the result of collaboration between The Dutch Royal Library and several university libraries.  The aim is to make millions of historical works available to the public.

So far 90,000 18^th and 19^th century books have been made available.  Also featured are 100 million newspaper articles from 1618 to 1994 and 1.5 million pages of 19^th and 20^th century magazines.  More content is to follow.
