Netherlands: Record number of OA articles published in 2019

Although the exact figures for 2019 have not yet been released, it is estimated that 25% of all articles published in the Netherlands in 2019 will have been published open access.

The website lists the publisher agreements currently in effect in the Netherlands. It also provides links to the OA policies and statements of a number of Dutch universities (although some links are broken).
