Netherlands: Blendle goes live

Blendle offers consumers an alternative to a subscription purchasing model by offering single newspaper and magazine articles for sale for between 10 and 90 (Euro) cents. It also offers a money back option if readers don't enjoy the article.

Most major newspaper and magazine publishers in the Netherlands are collaborating with Blendle and are hopful the service will help them reach new readers.  The service had 20,000 subscribers before the launch.
