MySpace up for sale

News Corp originally purchased MySpace for $580 million in 2005.  Since then MySpace has refocused itself, moving away from social networking to become an entertainment hub focusing on movies and music.  Mashable reports that a 'handful' of venture capitalist firms are expected to make offers.
