Two major international law libraries have announced the formation of an information sharing relationship to exchange information and better serve library users.
The Law Library of Congress and the Peace Palace Library, based in the Hague, Netherlands, have signed a memorandum of understanding. The libraries will share information about their research methods, techniques, research outputs and how they deliver them to customers. T
They will also share information about their reference services, cataloguing and collection development policies.
About the libraries
The Peace Palace library serves the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague Academy of International Law and other tribunals in The Hague. the Law Library of Congress contains the largest collection of law books and other resources worldwide.
