Job losses at Yahoo

Yahoo has announced it is to lose up to 600 jobs - the equivalent of 4% of its workforce.

Yahoo's growth during 2010 (2%) shows that it is lagging behind Google, which has grown by 23% over the last period.

Concern about the loss of Delicious, the social bookmarking tool, is being expressed on Twitter #savedelicious
