JISC Legal's ‘Cloud computing and the law' toolkit sets out to support educational professionals in the implementation of cloud computing initiatives.
The toolkit includes up-to-date information about cloud computing and will help HE/FE institutions to protect research data and intellectual property.
The toolkit includes guidelines for policy makers, senior managers and users as well as examples of contracts and service level agreements.
