Ireland: SimiSimi app suspended

The anonymous chat app SimiSimi has suspended access for Irish users.

The popular chat app uses a combination of AI and user-generated content and has been linked to cyberbullying.  Users are finding insulting or obscene messages have been left about them  and can retrieve them simply by entering their name.
