Google shows song lyrics in search results

Google is now showing song lyrics in search results.  If users combine the song title with the word ‘lyrics’ into their queries, Google’s Knowledge Graph will show the lyrics on top of the search results.  By clicking through, users will be redirected to Google Play and to purchase options. 

Some existing lyric websites have faced legal action over copyright infringement – particularly if they display the lyrics on pages which display advertisements.
