EU: copyright reform delayed

European Voice is reporting that a dispute between European Commissioners means the white paper has been removed from the agenda of the next meeting of Commissioners.

According to Future of Copyright, the whitepaper, which had been expected to be published in July, will be delayed until September at the earliest.
