The Digital Economy Act, which aims to tackle online piracy, has been backed by the UK's High Court.
BT and Talk Talk had asked for a judicial review, claiming that the Act placed undue responsibility on ISPs to tackle illegal filesharing. However, the High Court rejected four of the five points made, but upheld their point regarding costs.
