Capita acquires Talis Information

The acquisition affects Talis' library software business, which currently has approximately 100 academic and public library clients.  Other Talis Group companies are unaffected by the sale.  

The remaining Talis Group divisions will focus on semantic web platforms and applications, including Talis Aspire, a resource list management solution for higher education customers.
