Cambridge Core will replace Cambridge Journals Online and Cambridge Books Online and will include 360+ journals and 30,000 e-books.
The development process has been assisted by extensive user testing and research. Over 10,000 researchers, authors and librarians have participated.
Cambridge Core has a ‘high powered, facetted’ search function, that helps users get to content quickly. Users can download multiple pdfs and send their content to their Kindle, Google Drive or to Dropbox. They can also use RefMe’s expert citation widget, to ensure they are able to collate references appropriately.
