COAR to help with OA licensing advice

The Confederation of Open Access Repositories (COAR) has formed an Open Access Agreements and Licenses Task Force.

The Open Access (OA) and content licensing landscape is growing increasingly complex.  The COAR Task Force aims to help the scholarly community understand the range of OA agreements being made available by publishers and to reach the best decision for their institutions.

The Task Force is planning to publish preliminary recommendations in October 2012.
