Belgium: high rate of illegal downloading

A survey of 2000 Belgians found that 49% of them have downloaded films and television programmes illegally.  The rate falls to 34% when it comes to downloading music illegally.

The figures show that the number of people downloading illegal content is up 3% in a year.
