Several organisations have come together to offer a national level pilot project.
The pilot project combines access to a portfolio of IOP journals as well as covering article publication charges.
The partners in the project are IOP Publishing, the Austrian Central Library for Physics (University of Vienna), the Austrian Science Fund and the Austrian Academic Consortium.
Article publication charges for IOP journals will be covered for those who meet Austrian Science Fund criteria. At the same time participating organisations will have access to IOP publications.
