A QR virtual library in Austria

The Austrian city of Klagenfurt is seeking to provide its citizens with access to ebooks via QR code stickers.

Projekt Ingeborg provides citizens with access to a virtual library of literary classics through QR stickers which have been placed in 70 locations around the city.  Ebooks can be downloaded via smartphones, with different works made available at different locations, encouraging users to explore the QR locations.  The project is seeking to expand into new works of fiction and music.
